I am not one to complain about waiting but if you are a company with only 2 locations in the Quad Cities and only one of those locations has Saturday hours, and the rest of America only has Saturdays off to do things, don't you think it's in your best interest to have more than one person working? ONE PERSON doing the work of 5-7 people doesn't work. It's just not a smart business practice. You should want customer satisfaction. This is not a satisfied person.
