Loved that they’re provides walk-in option and their quick check-in process. The front desk receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The Technician was very good and nice too! Just a negative experience that they didn’t send the results to my doctor’s office and I have to contacted them twice to receive my labs results then sent it to my doctor. It was a hassle.
Had an appointment at 1:30 pm for blood work. Arrived at 1, checked in. Called back, had blood drawn and leaving by 1:20. Friendly and fast staff.
Had a great experience. I paid for my tests online and the appointment was late in the afternoon. I decided to go straight there, and they took me right in. The nurse did a great job drawing my blood and I didn't even bruise. My tests came back faster than expected
absolute dog shit service. Price was more than double what I was quoted on the phone. Told 5 days for results, waited 2 weeks and still nothing so I reached out only to be told they refuse to release the results. Absolute robbery
I had a great experience with Labcorp! From scheduling my appointment online to the in-person visit, everything was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and professional, making me feel at ease during my lab tests. The facility was clean and well-organized. Overall, Labcorp provided excellent service, and I would recommend them for anyone needing lab work done. Took one star off because the facility cannot be accessed via phone.
