Staff made me wait for over an hour and did not honor labs from a private doctor on two separate occaisons. Both times, they did part of the order yet did not inform me that 75% of the labs were not performed. They rushed me out, and I need these labs for a pituitary brain tumor. This was unfortunate.
The people behind the desk are always unpleasant like you are inconveniencing them. They always have a chip on their shoulder. Refused to do my labs without drinking water in waiting room for a urine sample even though I told them I drank water before I left my house. Such a shame. The staff are soooo rude at every visit I've been to. Melissa is the one bright spot in that office. She is kind and I love that she sings while takjng blood.
Wasted an hour of my life claiming to never have received the labs via fax order from the doctor. Doctor even refaxed and they still never received it. Absolutely pathetic
The online process is not helpful. You can register and make an appointment and get emails and texts, but if you don't pay for a test online you can still make an appointment? When you get there they can't do anything unless you buy it online. The place is a dump and crammed in a corner. The receptionists don't even have on scrubs.
