Beware this location apparently doesn’t do pre-employment drug screenings after 3:30p. Doesn’t say that online, you’re just supposed to know. The sheer pleasure on the face of the girl at the desk who got to tell me this made it even more infuriating. Is it really that much trouble to have someone pee in a cup after 3:30 when they’ve driven all the way down there? Great customer service, NOT!
Getting blood work was speedy. I was given a bag full of containers to fill for a test. I asked if instructions were included. I was told they were. No instructions were included and I’m having a difficult time getting in touch with office to request instructions.
Very fast and extremely professional
Jason W was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. He took the time to explain the check in process and was very accommodating. He was very accomodating and kind, which is very hard to find nowadays. He made this experience a 10/10 would recommend.
I was extremely worried about previous reviews to the point that I nearly drove to a location 10 miles further. Apart from not booking online, which might have helped my wait time, the office was well managed, and the phlebotomist was very efficient.
