Front desk lady seemed nice, the check in process was new to me and seemed tedious but was easy. My problem was with the young gentle that was my phlebotomus. He got the needle in with the usual pinch but its like he rushed at the end and when he pulled the needle out of my arm it felt like he ripped my whole vain pulling it out. Ive never in my life have an exit of a needle hurt ever nor had the bruise to show for it...
Beware this location apparently doesn’t do pre-employment drug screenings after 3:30p. Doesn’t say that online, you’re just supposed to know.
My wife just went here for a blood draw. Very busy - standing room only. It is in the Medical Center at Grande Dunes building.

The sheer pleasure on the face of the girl at the desk who got to tell me this made it even more infuriating. Is it really that much trouble to have someone pee in a cup after 3:30 when they’ve driven all the way down there? Great customer service, NOT!
Getting blood work was speedy. I was given a bag full of containers to fill for a test. I asked if instructions were included. I was told they were. No instructions were included and I’m having a difficult time getting in touch with office to request instructions.
