Efficient and kind!
I was sent over from my physician office to have blood drawn. My veins are very small & it's difficult to get blood. However the young lady there Ms. Victoria was so very professional & patient with me. There was an issue with my orders being in the system she allowed myself and my doctor to get everything situated via phone. Two hand claps because its hard to find such a positive attitude these days.
I recently visited a Labcorp location in Mobile, AL for lab work, and my experience raised serious concerns about patient safety and professionalism. Upon arrival, I was called back without any verification of my identity. At no point did the staff confirm my full name, date of birth, or request to see my ID before proceeding. Additionally, the phlebotomist stated she had not reviewed my paperwork, despite calling my name and handling my lab order. They just play with your job after you take a drug screen. A drug screen should NEVER take over a WEEK to come back to someone or their employer they have zero sense of urgency at this place
