The self check in process was very efficient. The staff was very friendly. The technician that drew my blood was extremely knowledgeable… didn’t even realize she stuck me. Well done!! The clinic are was also very clean and organized. I definitely recommend this lab!
Unprofessional. Came on Saturday at 8 am but the lab was closed. There was a line of patients waiting for a long time with a nurse inside that apparently just didn't want to work or open the door.
The office staff was nice, but there is nothing on their website regarding NOT doing employment drug screens on Saturdays. When I called, I didn't get an answer.
Contactless check in. I was a walk-in but I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes.
