I recently had some lab work done at LabCorp in Mobile, Alabama, and my experience was excellent. The process was fast and efficient, and the facility was clean and friendly. Highly recommend for anyone needing lab services!
Excessive wait time. Not efficient. There were very few people in the lobby, and yet my 88 year old mother had over an hour wait for simple blood work.
Rude and disrespectful people. I would not even give one star if I could help it, but unfortunately I have to give it at least one star just to make a comment here. I checked in at a kiosk, which told me that there is a 52 minute wait, was given a 2:15 appt. and said to be back 15 minutes prior... Which I did. Now I've been waiting all day to pee and take a pre- employment drug screen and it's well after the appointment time and the room is full of people who weren't here earlier and there getting to go ahead of me. The self check in process was very efficient. The staff was very friendly. The technician that drew my blood was extremely knowledgeable… didn’t even realize she stuck me. Well done!! The clinic are was also very clean and organized. I definitely recommend this lab!
