I had a great experience! I was nervous because of other bad reviews but I didn't experience any problems. My scheduled appointment took about 10 minutes to complete from start to finish, and I only waited 5-10 minutes in the waiting room. Overall, I was pleased with my service and would 100% be willing to return again.
The phlebotomist did a great job drawing my blood. No complaints there. The front desk girl, however, was cold, aloof, and acted like my being there was an inconvenience to her--no smile, no friendliness, and absolulely no warmth in her voice. I know it is within her capability because she was smiling and laughing it up with the phlebotomist, but with the the customers, if I didn't know better, I would have thought I was dealing with an AI robot.
It was a great of an experience as a drug screen can be. The space was clean, the check in was easy and staff was so nice! Nice enough to make me leave a review, which I literally never do.
Completely incompetent staff and disorganized company. Highly recommend you go with someone’s else. Very unhelpful front desk lady, nobody knows what’s going on. Make it easy and choose a different testing location or provider all together
