I was scared cause of the reviews. The front desk girl was so sweet. The phlebotomist I had was so sweet and quick & painless.. The whole experience was fast! Check in seemed pretty self explanatory and easy. I’d definitely go back there if I needed too! Thanks ladies <3
The technician Kelly was amazing. The rude front desk employee was absolutely horrible. I waited more than an hour with an appointment. Only to be told that I didn't have one. The email confirmation with a date and time is not a confirmation according to the front desk representative.
The staff here is some of the most unprofessional girls I’ve come across in a long time. They seem annoyed and unable to provide direction to what they need you to do. They made things very unclear and made me feel very stupid when I was confused about something. Do not come here if you need to get it done in a timely manner.
I’ve had such a crazy day and was super nervous about my appointment since I had just gone somewhere else for my blood draw and they did it wrong. I personally hate needles but the Phlebotomist Brooke was so kind and amazing! I didn’t even feel the poke! Also the front desk girl with the cute pink scrubs was such a sweetheart!
