I was also super scared to come here based off reviews, but it was much better than I expected. I easily made an appointment online ahead of time, once I showed up there were signs directing how to get to the Labcorp office, and the people were nice.
The phlebotomist who took my blood was amazing— kind, quick, and knew what she was doing. The front desk lady was one of the rudest people I’ve met in my life. She made me feel so dumb I didn’t know certain things and she was incredibly condescending and flat out rude. She explained the process terribly to me and I ended up having to pay 300 bucks out of pocket. If I was management I would have her fired immediately she was so rude and mean. Got in and out real quick for a blood draw. Staff was friendly, one prick and they got it all!
Easy, streamlined check-in process, and Nancy was the best phlebotomist! She was delightful and I felt NOTHING. Best way to get bloodwork done.
very very very slow. waiting room is very hot so you’ll be sweating while u wait
