Good experience. Front desk lady very nice. Phlebotomist was super kind and very good at her job. Success !
When I arrived there were several people waiting in line before it opened and I was worried I was going to have to wait a long time. I didn’t realize you had to bring your drivers license so I had to get out of line and go back and get it. When I got back to check in it was pretty quick. The wait time was about 1 hour and 30 minutes. But it was only about 20-30 minutes until I was seen. Very quick. The phlebotomist was super nice and efficient.
Front desk staff is rude, not helpful & made the process so much worse. Not impressed & if I can help it, I won’t be back. Healthcare professionals should be kind, easy to work with & knowledge. The staff here is none of those things.
I have been to this location multiple times and today the receptionist that I’ve never seen before was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Cutting me off after she asked me what I wanted. She mentioned I had another lab order and I told her which one I needed and asked about what the other one was, to which she replied, “too late.” After she asked me to sign her form, I was filling it out when she told me to tap to pay now. I would not recommend Phlebotimist Amber Goodwin to draw your blood at this lab. She is rude, treats you like you're not human. She makes short curt bossy statements. It's like she's a robot with no regard for the patient. She's rough and pushes the needle in so far its extremely painful. I never will let her draw my blood ever again! She is disrespectful and very cruel to people who are already having a difficult time with their health and needing to get labs to help them. There is no empathy.
