The phlebotomist did a great job drawing my blood. No complaints there. The front desk girl, however, was cold, aloof, and acted like my being there was an inconvenience to her--no smile, no friendliness, and absolulely no warmth in her voice. I know it is within her capability because she was smiling and laughing it up with the phlebotomist, but with the the customers, if I didn't know better, I would have thought I was dealing with an AI robot.
It was a great of an experience as a drug screen can be. The space was clean, the check in was easy and staff was so nice! Nice enough to make me leave a review, which I literally never do.
Completely incompetent staff and disorganized company. Highly recommend you go with someone’s else. Very unhelpful front desk lady, nobody knows what’s going on. Make it easy and choose a different testing location or provider all together
I've been a few times here and each time it was quick wait time, easy check in, kind staff, and professional nurses who are great at making the lab work relatively painless cheerful and fast. I recommend ordering the tests thru a 3rd party company for way cheaper prices. I once showed up with a $2,000 bill and walked out before the apt, found a third party for $200, and went back, saving $1800. I went with Avexia online. Its not that they are expensive alone, even the hospital is same prices as labcorp, I checked.... so just... read more
