I can’t remember the girls name that did my blood draw this morning but she was great, didn’t feel anything and she had a great attitude, mabye Kayden? Either way good job
First, it doesnt matter if you have an appointment, anyone can come in and take your place in line. Next, everyone is allowed to listen to whatever Ai slop facebook reel on their phones at full volume. Then, while I was getting my blood drawn (a procedure which requires cleanliness and a steady hand) SOME RANDOM MAN WANDERED IN WITH A PISS CUP. My tech acted like this was normal?? What sort of assbackwards backwoods laboratory is this????
Some of the people at LabCorp Citiplex Tower are just flat out lazy. They act like you’re bothering them if you come in to ask questions. Specifically, Dani - I won’t even let her stick me. There is a few there that are really good and really care about their people. Then there is a few they’re just lazy as hell and don’t give a shit and you would probably make them happier if you could just do their job for them so I could continue to sit on their asses.
This is the absolute worst, most unprofessional place I’ve dealt with for a pre employment drug screening. They do not answer the phones, or return phone calls. I made an appointment but that didn’t help at all when only one person is working, and the entire waiting room is packed full of people. They are severely understaffed, and I will never be doing business with this company again.
They’re extremely understaffed, leading to extremely long wait times. What makes this worse is that folks who have an appointment will get priority. Unfortunately when you’re sent for a test for employment, you likely won’t find any information that tells you an appointment is an option. This means that you may be waiting upwards of 1.5 hours for them to call you back, while they repeatedly call back people who just arrived.
