Staff is just very rude. I’ll definitely choose another location next time.
Have only one attendant working. Waited more than an hour for a drug test.
Didn't have my lab orders, but once I emailed them they got me in very quickly. The lab tech was very polite and drew my blood without any difficulties.

I have severe needle phobia. The hematology nurse was so skilled I did not even get light-headed, the first time I can remember that not happening. Little bit of a wait time, maybe 10-15 minutes, but they accept walk-ins so that is going to happen.
