This is Labcorp of America not Labcorp of Oklahoma. Just wasting the whole morning to be there at 7am to find this out and that they dont have my order. This and one in Bartlesville are the only two Of America locations and will not have your order from St.Johns and most other places so best to call to confirm.
It’s surprising that Lapcorp is still operational, given the very slowest service. There was only one check-in machine that asked numerous questions, causing people to queue up. Even after scanning IDs at the check-in machine, the front desk asked for them again. The staff consisted of only two nurses, including the front desk, which resulted in slow service. The process was extremely slow, and I had to wait an hour for my urine sample.
The only Labcorp I've been to that has short wait times and friendly employees has been the Owasso location. You check in and rarely have I had to wait even 5 minutes for then to call me . Most times I check in and they're calling me back right away. It's sad that I have to go up to Owasso for good service just for labs. Do better labcorp.
