Showed up on time and she said we took too long...seriously Rude receptist even though there were no one else here but me. They weren't even busy, I guess the stereotype mean receptionist is true here at least. Geez what a grouch.
I'd give the office personnel one star, and the actual phlebotomist 5 stars. So I settled for 3 stars overall. No elevator in the building, so park to be able to walk in on the lower floor. No smiles or niceties from anyone. Had to check myself in at a kiosk even though a person was at the window. There was a line for the kiosk.
Very professional staff - they work quickly and efficiently. Very understanding and kind. I'll be using this lab again!
This was an extremely uncomfortable office visit. The staff appeared to be prejudice I had to wait 2 hours just for a regular drug screening they were purposely putting people in front of me that showed up an hour after me. This was a horrible experience considering this is for a new job that I'm excited about. Choose a different place
I went here to get lab work done. Lab order was good for a year. Expired 10/31/2025 I showed them that and still had my very valid lab order I just download from my chart. It wouldn’t still be in my chart if it wasn’t valid which I also showed the employee. I waited 20 mins for them to then come and tell me “they can’t do anything past 6 months” if that was an official policy yall would know it you wouldn’t be calling around trying to figure out.
