This was by far the best pediatric blood draw experience we’ve ever had. Every staff member was incredibly kind, encouraging, calming, and confident, which made such a difference for my child. They were quick, gentle, and so reassuring throughout the entire process. We’ve had blood drawn at many different places over the years, and this was easily the best experience. We are so grateful for such a caring team!

Came on a Saturday for my 3 hour glucose. Was checked in and taken back fairly quickly (5-10min). The glucose drink was refrigerated, which makes it so much more better! Amanda answered all my questions at check in, and John did all 4 of my blood draws. Never had any issue, barely felt it. They took great care of me when I felt nauseous. 10/10 would come back in a heartbeat Tips: Make sure to bring your lab requisition sheet, ID, and insurance to make things go smoother. They cannot do drug screenings on Saturdays.

You will sit and wait forever. There is no organization, a lack of workers, a seemingly lack of caring, and I do not think they want to do much here other than collect urine. If you come in for blood work you're going to be sitting and waiting forever. Avoid this place. There's another one right up the road at 81st and Memorial with a great rating.
