If you want to check in to a completely empty room and still not be seen within an hour, then this is the place for you! It would likely be faster if they bothered sticking to the check in list rather than the boomers who refuse to read basic instructions since, go figure, the receptionist is also the only lab tech working. 0/10, so I WOULD recommend this to my worst enemy.

The staff is not very nice at all. I accidentally booked my appointment under “lab work” instead of what it should have been and the woman was a little rude and acted inconvenienced by my mistake which was definitely not on purpose

I was referred to this Labcorp location by my healthcare provider and was instructed to come in and provide my name upon arrival. When I approached the service window, the staff member ignored me and began assisting another individual who was seated. When she finally acknowledged me, her tone and demeanor were dismissive, and she asked, “Can I help you?” in an unprofessional manner. I hate this company. The bill I was sent didn't contain the information I needed to pay it online. So I physically walked into a LabCorp office to pay my bill. I was told by the front desk to use a kiosk that the bill also didn't have the information to help me. The woman at the front desk basically told me to go away. I seriously hate this place.
