The email I received explicitly said that you can check in, and hang out in your car and they will text you when to come in to the office. I never received I text, so I went in to the office (still 5 mins early from my original appointment time) and said to the receptionist, Danielle I think her name was, ‘hey i’m already checked in, I never received a message but I’m here just so you know’. I came in as a walk-in at 10:25 this morning. Because I didn’t have an appointment, I was expecting a bit of a wait, but while waiting I overheard some people with appointments had been waiting over an hour. I ended up getting called back at 12:10 which was a bit of a wait, but not entirely inconvenient since, again, I was a walk-in and had nothing else to do today. Horrible place. Incompetent and rude
Front desk and phlebotomist (Susan) were great. Easy check-in. The only negative is the really long walk-in wait (2 hours for me).
