I know it was 7:00 in the morning, but no one was friendly. I have also had a giant bruise around the spot where she drew blood for a week now. They were fast, though. I guess I'll give them that.
2 stars is for the lady working the reception desk. She needed to confirm with my Dr office to make sure I was given the “right” UA. She said loudly that everything was pretty basic with my testing, but she wanted to “confirm” my UA because I was coming from Davis Behavioral Health. This was basic normal lab work, but she wanted to make sure I got the UA. She made it seem like I wasn’t a good person because My prescriber is Davis Behavioral Health. I would not trust anyone to put a needle in my arm or handle my bloodwork that runs an operation with staff like this. I have second hand embarrassment for them. I had a very disappointing experience at this Labcorp location. When I walked in, three staff members were sitting on their phones playing music (Mary J. Blige) and appeared visibly annoyed that they had to assist me. Their feet up and just acting like I wasn’t worth basic common courtesy.
