I had some lab work done today at **Labcorp in Bountiful**, and I walked away genuinely impressed. I've been to Labcorp more times than I'd like to admit, and one thing never changes... they're busy. Today was no exception. There were only a handful of chairs left, and if you've ever wondered where everyone disappears to on a weekday morning, apparently they're all getting blood drawn. To me, that's what makes this location so impressive. Labcorp isn't serving ten people an hour. They're serving what feels like a small city.... read more

*This review is based off my experience with the woman at the front desk and not the phlebotomists. I don't know if I've ever encountered anyone so unkind as the woman who was at the front desk of the Bountiful location on 7/2/26. I ended up leaving in tears. Getting your blood drawn requires a lot of effort beforehand- fasting for 12 hours, finding someone to watch your kids. So, to arrive and not be able to be seen because the person at the desk doesn't want to do their job is beyond frustrating. Have the day you deserve.
Susan at the front desk should not be allowed to work with the public. She is unhelpful, purposefully holds up what should be an incredibly simple in-and-out process and is the reason you should book at any other LABCORP. Because, dang.
