Disgusted at the way I was treated by the front desk receptionist woman. (With very hairy arms) It’s 7:00am how can you be ready to treat people so rudely. Not a greeting, not even eye contact when I approached the desk, rude tone, not friendly to the slightest. We can also get into Susan, the pre-specialist. No greeting, no hello, no nothing. It’s the bare minimum. No manners or common decency in this place for being HEALTHCARE. Absolutely hated my experience here.
They've always been super nice and quick
I know it was 7:00 in the morning, but no one was friendly. I have also had a giant bruise around the spot where she drew blood for a week now. They were fast, though. I guess I'll give them that.
