2 stars is for the lady working the reception desk. She needed to confirm with my Dr office to make sure I was given the “right” UA. She said loudly that everything was pretty basic with my testing, but she wanted to “confirm” my UA because I was coming from Davis Behavioral Health. I would not trust anyone to put a needle in my arm or handle my bloodwork that runs an operation with staff like this. I have second hand embarrassment for them. I had a very disappointing experience at this Labcorp location. When I walked in, three staff members were sitting on their phones playing music (Mary J. Blige) and appeared visibly annoyed that they had to assist me. Their feet up and just acting like I wasn’t worth basic common courtesy. They hardly spoke or explained anything to me. I felt dumb asking questions and felt that everyone was short or annoyed with me. I came in for help and was pushed out as fast as possible, even though I was the only person there. I won’t be coming back.
