I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at your lab facility. As a first-time visitor, I was unfamiliar with the procedures and sought assistance at the front desk. The staff member there responded rudely, directing me to the kiosk without any courtesy. After waiting for an hour, I was finally called in for my blood work. They’ve always been so nice and have gotten me in quickly even at times I didn’t have an appointment.
Fine experience giving a blood and urine sample for lab corp on demand.
A few things: the staff ran into multiple system issues, entered the order wrong twice for blood work, and when they found out the blood work was needed for my week-old infant, they basically shouted with excitement and the guy that was doing the test said "no shit" THEN they didn't collect enough blood to even get the test done successfully. A waste of time, a waste of pricking a baby's foot, and so unprofessional.
