They hardly spoke or explained anything to me. I felt dumb asking questions and felt that everyone was short or annoyed with me. I came in for help and was pushed out as fast as possible, even though I was the only person there. I won’t be coming back.
The four or five times that I have gone to LabCorp has been a very good experience the people that work there are very friendly and helpful and they do good blood draws I would recommend them highly
Bad service. People here don’t small talk and provide clear instructions.
Worst lab and personnel ever!!! Had to take my new infant because I don't have childcare and the worker Susan wouldn't let me bring her back for my testing, and also said she was going to call the cops on me if I left her outside the bathroom door in her car seat while I provided the sample. Even had someone offer to come back with me to watch her in the hallway and she said no she’s also call the cops on me for that. CALL THE COPS!!! On a new mom who just needs to provide a sample to get a job. Absolutely ridiculous.
I never give poor reviews, but honestly I was really unimpressed with my visit. I’ve gotten lab work done at several different facilities- but today was my first time here. Front desk staff was rude and condescending, and treated me like I was incompetent and a nuisance. No kindness or warmth was shown. I was so thrown by the first interaction I had here, that I decided to just leave and go get my lab work done somewhere else. Don’t waste your time- go somewhere where they will treat you with kindness.
