I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at your lab facility. As a first-time visitor, I was unfamiliar with the procedures and sought assistance at the front desk. The staff member there responded rudely, directing me to the kiosk without any courtesy. After waiting for an hour, I was finally called in for my blood work.
