I have been waiting over a week for covid results. Lots of people have been waiting a lot longer than that. There's no feedback from LabCorp to the testing sites. There is no way to contact them for status. It's a mess and they don't care
continues taking covid 19 specimens even though they don't have the capacity to provide test results in a timely manner
I submitted on site visit (on July 9,2020) concern online for LabCorp at 988 Broadway, Bayonne, NJ 07002 on July 10, 2020. In addition, spoke to Laurin- Ebertl@labcorp.com and sent her email upon request. It’s been few days & there is no response. Can you pl clarify. Thanks.
I waited 2 hours for an 8:00 appointment. Uncalled for. Also, the toilet in the restroom is dirty and there is no paper towel holder - just open paper towels. No evidence that the room that is used to collect samples is sanitized between patients. I looked for a private place to register my concerns, but there are no options.
Cottonwood, AZ the lady at the front desk has to be one of the rudest people I’ve met. No people skills What so ever. Needs to find a different line of work. If they can’t keep there appointments straight How can I trust they will get my blood work right??? Very unprofessional. My wife’s appointment was before mine and I was called in first. Why do I have to serve as a liaison between you and my insurance company? Do your phones not dial out rendering you incapable of fixing billing errors? Why does it take 10 phone calls back and forth from my end to communicate between you, the provider and my insurance? I go through this about every 6 months with this company. Absolute incompetence at every level.
Im sitting in front of the building at a 2nd location in 2 days after driving 1 hour to get labs. The sign says they close at noon. I showed up at 1130. last time online said they closed at 4 but a not was on the door saying 315. the person told me she has one appt today and they are closed at 1130. the person went in a couple min after I got here and is already gone. im a single parent. I have now found care for my kids 2x and driven an hour 2x to get a lab done with no success. im done with labcorp
They could work to get Covid-19 lab results back in a timely fashion. People are waiting for the results in order to go back to work. Out of work since 7/1 and I swear if it comes back negative I'm going to hit the roof.
Labcorp is the absolute worst lab to work with. I have always had issues with them getting anything back in a timely fashion. I was told I would receive my COVID test results back in 3-5days and I am now at day 7 still waiting. I am 9months pregnant and need these results back. My sister in law was tested at the same location as me the day after me and she recieved her results back. Anyone you talk to on the phone is useless and cannot give any information.
