(Tulsa, OK) We are in the middle of a worldwide pandemic and in a city with a mask mandate. Neither of the employees checking me in where wearing a mask, and to top it off, one was coughing and clearing his throat the entire time. They handled my cards/papers/pens and handed them back to me with no gloves or sanitizer or even single use pens. Then the gentleman coughing everywhere is the one who took me back to draw my labs. I went into a LabCorp location today in Gastonia North Carolina, the summit Square location. I went in for a drug screen and sat in the office for about 35 to 45 minutes. I approached the front desk about what was taking so long, since several people were taken ahead of me, I was informed that while I was a walk-in they also had regular appointment patients. Can you guys maybe come up with a system so people who are just dropping off samples don’t have to wait a ridiculous time in the waiting room in the same queue as those getting physical labs at the office??? I mean seriously, I had to wait in the waiting room for half an hour just to give the paperwork and then EVEN LONGER just to go to the back to hand over the sample, which wasn’t for myself but for my infant daughter who wasn’t even present. Have necessary supplies on site! Answer the phone. Needed to have blood cultures done at the Swedesboro NJ site went 2 different days and they did not have correct bottles to collect specimen. I was told to call the next day. Several calls made and they do not answer the phone. I am a health care professional and will never recommend this lab to any of my patients
Don't bother making an appointment. Watching walkins go right in i have been here 45 min. Told them I have to do a urine test and can't hold it. They don't care
Customer service sucks in Athens GA. PLEASE retrain your staff!
You need to retrain all your lab staff on very very basic customer service skills, or else not overwork them to their breaking point so much that they mistreat, yell, or condescend the clients without any repercussions.
Littleton,Co. had a appointment for a 3hrs glucose test with fasting for this morning at 10:15 a.m. and showed up at 10:00 a.m. to be told I should have been there at 8 a.m. because they close for lunch at 12 noon... I am 31 weeks pregnant with twins and they said I can just come back tomorrow... needless to say I am not to happy with the way they spoke to me like I was a idiot. she said come back tomorrow like I am just sitting at home doing nothing...
It is no professionalism at all at the location in jersey city,Nj on Central Avenue!!
