The lab opened at 8AM and there was a line of about 20 people in the hallway. I was checked in by 8:10 using their automated system. I did not have an appointment and waited outside for the text message to come in. I was text in 10 - 15 mins. The front desk staff were very pleasant and I signed my paperwork and paid for the services, (I had not met my deductible and they had verified the contracted rates for the labs.) The place is pretty lackluster, but the automated check-in was easy and efficient, and I was in and out in minutes as a walk-in. Add to that, the phlebotomist, Chris was hands-down the best I've ever encountered, and I'm in the medical field. I literally had to look down to visually confirm that he'd gotten into the vein because I didn't feel it AT ALL. I very rarely write reviews, but this was worth it. 4 stars instead of 5 for the setting being so depressing.

Been to many LabCorps in SD county but this has been literally the Best! Smiley staff all along especially the brunnette lady with glasses and short hair (wish I asked her name). Angel made this blood work extremely painless and very pleasant. I would definitely drive here all the way from Escondido to get my blood work here. Because good service unfortunately has become rare. Thank you so much ladies. I hope LabCorp recognizes your hard work

Absolutely the worst location. Forget about privacy as the person behind the desk will read out loud your order regardless of sensitivity. Absolute dog crap!
