Was greeted rudely when asking a question about the labs ordered. Manager next to her answered very nicely. The young lady who was rude took me back, did not listen when I told her we always draw from my left arm (I've had labs drawn thousands of times, regularly). SHARP pain when the needle was inserted into the side of the right arm (not even the center fold). Pain level 8/10. Then constant pressure pushing down on needle. Best labcorp in San Diego so far!
Left two phone messages to ask if Lab could even RUN specialized test - nobody bothered to return call. Thus, had to drive to facility to ask a question. Arrive: THEY HAVE THEIR PHLEBOTOMISTS doing quasi-check-in. Quasi-Check in: Phlebotomist points to a computer screen and says “DoThat.” When I DARE TO ASK how long the wait is I’m told 30 min to 1 hour (waiting room had two bodies in it) and “You should have made an appointment!” Welcome to the poorly staffed, rude Circle Lab.
