Website says they do drug tests and when you check in it says they do drug tests but guess what!! They don’t :) and they don’t answer their phones of course
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! They falsely reported my cholesterol and liver enzymes to be elevated. I got very worried, I had to visit a physician to find out what was wrong, and it cost me a fortune! NEVER EVER I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
too good for poor people insurance apparently and won’t tell you until you think you’re about to get your time sensitive tests done standing at the counter. they’ll try to send you to quest diagnostics even though you’re probably like me and came to labcorp because quest was packed with no appointments free. truth be told, you’re better off waiting for an appointment at quest to be available because labcorp is about as useful as an apple maps stop on the way there.

Worst lab I have ever met so far. Doctor faxed the lab order a week ago, but when I came to the lab, staff cannot find the order at all! Then I have to call doctor again, and doctor confirmed the date and time for the sent fax, then the staff can finally find it :( with this experience, I really hope AI could replay with the lab staff for the job as soon as possible so that there is no stupid messed up .
