I usually dont complain because I understand how frustrating it can be working with difficult patients, but regardless how difficult it may be working at the front desk you should be more welcoming and friendly than the young lady with locs (dreads) in her Hair. She doesn’t smile, she doesn’t make you feel comfortable and over all she needs an attitude adjustment. They don’t answer the office phone, very unprofessional you have to speak to sons from the customer service call center to get a live person on the phone.
