Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT drop in. Make an appointment on their website. During my visit to this location I was surprised about the amount of people who were waiting in the lobby during my appointment time. Conveniently, there are 2 self check in kiosks up front. After I completed the check in process with my ID, I noticed the atmosphere or vibe of the 6 - 8 people waiting in the lobby was frustration. Easy process - scheduled an appt online (lots of time slots to choose from) and arrived 20 mins early and was in and out before my actual appt time. Check-in staff was friendly and helpful. Tech was also very friendly and easy to work with.
Their phone number is not up-to-date so you can’t call on the weekends, the auto dialer will not let you. Forcing you to drive in at which point it’s either busy in the front staff is not helpful. Huge waste of time and I see why this place is one star. Surprised it’s still open.
Despite all the horror stories and reviews, mine was simple and quick. First time and easy. Friendly and open staff to me, who was pretty much unsure of what to do for labwork/blood draw. Opening hours is highly recommended, as it's the least wait time and traffic. Doing walk-in here was a breeze at 8:45am Fri, as there was only one person ahead of me. Checked in, waited 5-10 minutes, got drawn, walked out. Just have realistic expectations and hopefully yours wont be a bad trip like the others.
