Arrived for an appointment and only found out they closed earlier for lunch. Completely unacceptable.
Everything is bad in this location, it should close for good
I wish there is an option to give negative rating here. They shouldn’t allow walk-ins if they can’t fit one. The wait time showed was 53 mins and after 53 mins, I was told to wait for 45 more mins. I wasted 1 hour for no reason. I immediately went back to overlake and they did allow walk-in and labs were done in 5 minutes. Just don’t go to this place and save your time.
Don’t go this place. All staff should be fired .. lunch break start at 12 but denied walking appointment at 11.43.. such an incompetent people .. stay home ..
GET HERE AT 7:30AM if you need to walk-in. I brought a camping chair and got here at 7am and there was a 3rd person in line at 7:30am. More than a dozen by 8am. Clearly they are understaffed and that is not the staff's fault so be nice.
