Girl at the front desk is really rude & was rude to other patients while i was there. i’ll never come back to this location.
Expect a long wait before you check in! I came in for a blood draw at 10:45am and didn’t get called until about 12:30pm. There were 13 people ahead of me, but almost two hours wait with 0 heads up on wait time was definitely not what I expected. Someone even missed their turn because they waited in their car and were no text alerts. The nurses were doing everything from front desk check-ins to blood draws (and probably other tasks in the back). I’d strongly suggest choosing another lab. My results were held up for 10 days, and no one could explain why until multiple follow-ups. Eventually, customer service discovered this location hadn’t handled the sample properly and it did not get into the syste. They even mentioned filing a report about this location and their work.
