The worst lab ever! Were waiting there for over 3 hours!!!
This location was providing a good service for patients. But currently their server and and express line terminal are not working. Everything is done manually that cause a lot of frustrations for patients. Patients should have their copies of labcorp e-request.
The shittiest place that you can go for a blood draw. Have no process at all. No front desk person. There is just one person managing the whole center from front desk to actually doing the blood draw. You will end up waiting for 2 hours only to be told that we can take you despite you checking in and getting a confirmation message. Apparently their ONLY staff person says that their check-in machine at the center does not talk to their system. So basically it is there to fool you and waste your precious time. If you are having a good day and you want to change it this front desk lady will definitely help with that very rude ,no manners for front desk She told me to come tomorrow before 3:30 I went there next day at 2:40 , she told me she can not take any more people for today you have to come tomorrow before Please please avoid this place And if the management or owner reading this I request you to stop wasting peoples time if you can’t handle new customers don’t accept them
Waited for more than an hour even that I have an appointment and arrived on time. Front desk also very rude. Horrible experience.
