Expect a long wait before you check in! I came in for a blood draw at 10:45am and didn’t get called until about 12:30pm. There were 13 people ahead of me, but almost two hours wait with 0 heads up on wait time was definitely not what I expected. Someone even missed their turn because they waited in their car and were no text alerts. The nurses were doing everything from front desk check-ins to blood draws (and probably other tasks in the back). I’d strongly suggest choosing another lab. My results were held up for 10 days, and no one could explain why until multiple follow-ups. Eventually, customer service discovered this location hadn’t handled the sample properly and it did not get into the syste. They even mentioned filing a report about this location and their work.
If you care abour your time and your health, avoid this location. We tested here and our results were nowhere close to being ready on time. We had to call Labcorp customer service many times over 7–8 days, and no one could figure out why the results weren’t coming through. After multiple long calls, we were finally told that this location failed to record the date and time on the sample, so it never went into processing. Receptionist is not even willing to tell you if she sees you on the appointment list. She makes you to check in via kiosk and then she goes to gossip with someone in the back instead of helping you. People who came without an appointment were helped prior to me who had an appointment. I Dont mind letting someone before me if I that doesn’t make me miss my other doctor appointment. Don’t expect to get any service at this place.
Employ one more nurse for god's sake. There are only two people that are working non-stop to keep the process going.
