If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I sat in an empty waiting room for nearly an hour waiting to be seen. During that time, no one came out, no one checked on patients, nothing. A man walked in, checked in at the kiosk, politely said hello, and sat down. About five minutes later, a short woman who appeared to work there rushed in, clearly late. The bloodwork part is fine. I always have a fine experience with that. However, the customer service here is atrocious. I feel the wait times are very long when it makes no sense for you to wait. They turn people away rudely when the paperwork isn’t just so after making you wait for over 20 minutes (this happened to me and another man today!) A girl who was 5 minutes late literally got griped out by one of the workers in front of an entire waiting room of patients. The experience totally lacks humanity. No one apologized to ... read more
The ladies here always take care of me and are so nice and gentle. Blood draws are always so quick, painless, and I never bruise!
