The bloodwork part is fine. I always have a fine experience with that. However, the customer service here is atrocious. I feel the wait times are very long when it makes no sense for you to wait. They turn people away rudely when the paperwork isn’t just so after making you wait for over 20 minutes (this happened to me and another man today!) The ladies here always take care of me and are so nice and gentle. Blood draws are always so quick, painless, and I never bruise!
