In and out fast. Less than 12 minutes for my blood draw. Very friendly and respectful - at the front desk and the phlebotomist.
I had a very good experience at this LabCorp location. I got in and out at my appointed time. The phlebotomist was very skilled.
Local phone number you call redirects (derails) you to "the website" to make appointments and away from the LOCAL number to some 1-855 number for appointments! This looks like hostile treatment to customers.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I sat in an empty waiting room for nearly an hour waiting to be seen. During that time, no one came out, no one checked on patients, nothing. A man walked in, checked in at the kiosk, politely said hello, and sat down. About five minutes later, a short woman who appeared to work there rushed in, clearly late. The bloodwork part is fine. I always have a fine experience with that. However, the customer service here is atrocious. I feel the wait times are very long when it makes no sense for you to wait. They turn people away rudely when the paperwork isn’t just so after making you wait for over 20 minutes (this happened to me and another man today!)
