Wandered the halls to locate the lab, no signage at front of the hospital building lobby. Finally find lab, walk in, head to the glass-walled counter, smile, introduce myself and my appointment time, get interrupted halfway, told to turn around and "sign in at kiosk" behind the door by a lifeless man with no customer skills who was eating at his desk. Proceed to watch him do the same for 3 other customers after me, including 2 elderly (I helped the elderly lady sign in). They lost my lab orders that were sent by my NP *twice... read more
I had a great experience. I walked in and it was packed. Only one seat. However, service was really good. I got my blood drawn by Myra and she was amazing.
In and out fast. Less than 12 minutes for my blood draw. Very friendly and respectful - at the front desk and the phlebotomist.
I had a very good experience at this LabCorp location. I got in and out at my appointed time. The phlebotomist was very skilled.
