I would’ve given five stars, however, while having what I thought was a pleasant conversation with the technician, she asked me “Are you always this high strung?” At the moment, I was a little taken aback and explained to her how this was the fourth LabCorp that I have visited that morning. The more I reflect on it, the more offended I feel as it implies a negative connotation - that may be a question to ask a drug addict! I was there this morning it was busy but for bloodwork and urine drug test only took me about half hour or so. They were all super nice and got my vein the first time (most places dont). It was a positive experience.
Very combative phlebotomist who bruised my arm where she drew blood. Added nearly 500 extra dollars worth of tests without permission, which my psychiatrist pointed out at our following session. Will be reporting to higher ups. Avoid this location at all costs.
I always use the Main streets location for my blood work. The staff is always very friendly, helpful and every tech is very good at finding my vein the first time. I never have to wait very long to be called, and I never make an appointment on line. The only disadvantage is the hours of operation. I needed to have lab work done on a Saturday and both locations were closed. I am surprised at all the negative comments from people that have used this site.
