Usually don't know what going on half the time its a joke
Beware... this is not like a Labcorp or Quest. They bill as a hospital not a lab and therefore it will hit your deductible even if it is "preventative care" labs. They don't tell you until your there for your scheduled appt.
Was told to be there at 8:30 for my ultrasound at 9. I was told to drink 32 ounces of water. An hour and a half of waiting I had to remind staff that I was waiting with a full bladder. Finally had my ultrasound almost TWO HOURS after check in WITH A FULL BLADDER. Do better. But they didn’t forget to run out to try to get me to pay $300 while I was in pain. Do better. You all should be ashamed.
This is the cleanest, most efficient place around to get your blood drawn. The staff is friendly and well trained. In and out in no time flat. Thanks for giving a great experience for a not so fun task.
Horrible Emergency room staff up front, very unprofessional, reading their values and mission statement here they do not show any of these. Been here since 11 pm until 8:20 am. Horrible staff . Doctor was nice and amazing.
