It is no professionalism at all at the location in jersey city,Nj on Central Avenue!!
I went for a drug test and asked for an estimate. The estimate was $170. I could get an entire physical and drug test for $75. I ended up going down the road and got a drug test for $50.
Littleton,Co. had a appointment for a 3hrs glucose test with fasting for this morning at 10:15 a.m. and showed up at 10:00 a.m. to be told I should have been there at 8 a.m. because they close for lunch at 12 noon... I am 31 weeks pregnant with twins and they said I can just come back tomorrow... needless to say I am not to happy with the way they spoke to me like I was a idiot. she said come back tomorrow like I am just sitting at home doing nothing...
You need to retrain all your lab staff on very very basic customer service skills, or else not overwork them to their breaking point so much that they mistreat, yell, or condescend the clients without any repercussions.
Customer service sucks in Athens GA. PLEASE retrain your staff!
Drove over an hour for an appointment I scheduled with them and they were closed. They also wouldn’t reimburse the cost of the screening I paid for.
Went to Labcorp for a simple drug test to start my new position. To my surprise when my employees states that I have not completed my drug screen I’m looking like incorrect I have the paperwork to prove it. These employees of Labcorp have decided that the specified number provided to them by not only the company but me as well was not good enough and that hey will use whatever random information and input it that way.
