They do not want to help or be bothered by you at the check-in unless you use a kiosk. I'm a person, not a machine. What ever happened to being treated like a Human Being? I told the lady at the window that I do not know how to use the machine and she didn't attempt to assist me in any way. She just told me to follow the directions. The work is good. The BILLING has problems. We are doing a monthly payment plan and only have one $38 payment left. Labcorp still sent it to Radius Global Solutions collections in Minnesota and the collections agency keeps calling. Labor billing department won't remove it from collections. Collections department won't document the payment plan either. Management needs real improvement at Labcorp.

The woman that took my blood was incredibly kind and talkitive. I was sent to this location on Georgia Street because my nurse practitioner's phlebotomist unfortunately could not find a vein. That was my fault because I was dehydrated, so they sent me to this Georgia Street LabCorp location because they knew that they specialized in problem veins like mine.
