This is the first time I have been to Labcorp and had a seamless, awesome, and professional visit.
The check-in and testing process was impressively quick—we were in and out within minutes, which was great. However, the overall experience was let down by the attitude of the front desk staff. A simple question about the tests was met with unnecessary rudeness, as if we were being unreasonable for asking. It’s disappointing to be treated that way, especially in a healthcare setting where clear communication and basic courtesy should be a given.
The nicest experience ever. I think her name is Monica? She is amazing and did my blood draw flawlessly and she was super nice. 😊
