Very disorganized. I originally thought it was a one off the first time I came but I realize that this location is always disorganized witch extremely long wait times regardless of appointments. It’s a chaotic environment.
Find another location! My husband took my kids to get blood drawn for the first time ever and the staff was incompetent. After one of my kids got their blood drawn, she fainted while her sister was getting her blood drawn and fell hitting her face on the door frame. The staff just “stood” there doing nothing until my husband asked them for water and ice. With no urgency in the staff. Had to get a couple of labs drawn this week and labcorp has been miles better than the rest. The nurses were timely, polite, and skillful. The prices for self pay were also very reasonable. Will be back here for my next one for sure!
Find another LabCorp, it doesn't matter if you have an appointment or walk in.. you will wait.. a long time.
