they are very nice at this location however they did the wrong test on my blood work! should have been a free t4 and they did t4 a much different test! i'm hoping they save specimaens for a bit and can re run it so i don't have to get re stuck!!

Lisa was WONDERFUL. She is so friendly and has such a happy, positive vibe. This is rare to find in healthcare I feel like, especially at facilities like this. Her upbeat attitude really makes a difference, and it is a skill to maintain such kindness and positivity in the industry.
Worst staff. They are so rude even to a toddler. Had a very bad experience
What a difference from Frisco’s location. People here from receptionist to the vampire were all so extremely polite, professional and nice. I have bad veins, Lisa, whom drawn my blood was experienced, patient and good at what she does.
