It’s good!! not a lot of waiting if appointment is made
Incredibly disappointed. I checked in at 11:08 AM on a Saturday, but the staff refused to take me or any other walk-ins, despite not closing until 12:00 PM. Corporate confirmed to me that there is no cutoff time as long as you are checked in before noon, and that walk-ins should be seen after scheduled appointments. Turning away patients early just so employees can clock out exactly at noon is unprofessional and goes against company policy. Corporate has been notified and will be following up with this management.
Quick, efficient, took walk-in at the last minute on a Saturday. But most of all the staff was very polite and friendly and they answered our phone call when we called before visiting. Very friendly and accommodating with the process.
Very seamless, blood draw by Jessica was exceptionally quick and painless.
