Lousy customer service. They talk to you like your stupid. Stay away Well, I went back again cause I had to ensure enough no good no good lousy rude lady upfront
Not a single person in lobby and still took over 30 min past my appointment to acknowledge me. Just get bloodwork done at the hospital if you can
I would give it a zero if I Google would let me. The lady in the front thinks she God. Poor establishment. Nobody seems professional. Asked her how long it would take she said an hr. Nobody here. Then the check in says that your next and they call someone else.
Just trying to pay the bill without having to drive , been hung up on, website is down and everything in between, I figured paying the bill would be the easiest beside having sassy sarcastic employees, telling me to try again online because there unable to take my payment cause the person that does that is out for lunch
