I need to have a shout out for Sharvari and Sharareh, they are excellent phlebotomists. I have a very bad vein, so to have blood drawn here is a blessing. I also like this location, spacious and clean.
The old lady who works Mon morning is the WORST. Walked into the office and there was an older gentleman with obvious visual impairment that couldn't read the prompts in the self service machine. He was literally just standing there trying to read through everything. He asked for help and she said just hit the "first" button. He continued to stand there unable to read the screen. Despite being informed that my veins are difficult to locate, the technician made minimal effort and proceeded to insert the needle and violently wiggle it within my right arm. A good at all cost..They make sure appointment only and avoid walking or prepaud on any day giving excuse of low staff..Girl and reception phlebotomist are rude and encourage you to go to other providers ...Avoid at all cost ..No doubt it is already a low rated site
