I have been having to come here quite frequently due to a recent miscarriage and the ladies here are amazing-always really kind and helpful. I had the male doctor today and it was the worst experience i have ever had. He was so insensitive, rude and disgustingly rough. Quick and easy! Went in with an appt and was out in 5 minutes
During the blood draw I had at this location, the male technician in Room 2 who appeared to be in rush, was drawing blood from my left arm. The blood draw was unusually painful because of the way he was handling the needle. I told him it was hurting, but he didn’t acknowledge my concern. While still drawing blood from my left arm, he repeatedly and firmly pinched my right upper arm. The pinches were painful. When questioned about this, he said I was fainting, although I was not.
