I was here for my routine lab work - it was easy, breezy! I arrived at 7.30 am for a walk-in. I expected some waiting time, but to my surprise, there were no other patients lined up, so I was called in right after checking in. I knew I needed to be fasting for the past 12 hrs, but I thought I wasn't supposed to drink water too (super silly of me, I know!). The phlebotomist was very kind and careful after I informed her of my fear of needles. I appreciated that she asked a coworker to confirm the location of the vein so they could get it done right the first time. And they did! I wish I had caught her name, but unfortunately I didn't. She had bright red hair.
I chose after looking at the latest reviews and this location did not disappoint. Amazing technicians who made check in and blood draw smooth and pain free! There might be a short wait time for walk in.
Feels like they went out of their way to create the smallest waiting room they could for the influx of patients, which is frustrating. The check in process was a nightmare, and that’s mostly because they left one poor woman in charge of manning the desk and she’s swarmed by people. Hire another desk person!! The results were very fast though, got them the next day. Taking my blood took less than two minutes too.
