I must’ve been lucky or something because that was the fastest lab testing I had ever received in my entire life. Came in at 11:45 on Wednesday for my appointment and it took about five minutes to check in and get my blood drawn. Phlebotomist was average— blood came out slowly so I had to wait a bit to fill just one vial. No other complaints.
Gets busy so appointments are recommended. I hate needles. There’s this one older Latino dude. Doesn’t talk much but dude has eyes like a hawk and took blood and I didn’t even feel it. Didn’t get his name but thanks dude.
If your lucky you get in fast. I gave ut a 2 star because when I went in yesterday July 1st it had a sign appointments only. They took me only because it wasn't busy. I don't agree on appointments only as some patients have to take a lyft or a bus and go there to wait on the waiting list. This was before 11 am. Otherwise the staff is good and nice. I wish they could say my name right for a change too.
Best blood draw experience for my 11 month old. Experienced and kind phlebotomists drew blood for my daughter with one draw. The wait was also reasonable for a walk in on Sat morning.
