The worst place I’ve ever been to. Even though I had an appointment, they made me wait two hours and 20 minutes before calling me they told me they didn’t have the doctor’s order. I called the doctor and he said he had sent it the day before and had to send it again. The person working at the counter is rude and ill-mannered
Ya know…you have to judge a business on what they can control. So, you know what, Labcorp did a great job. What they couldn’t control: -people who don’t check in and bombard the front desk staff. They are there to verify your insurance and your lab requisition The front desk person was super nice and the phlebotomist, Trina, was amazing. She was so sweet to my grandma. Horrible service. My 83 yo mother, who is a hard stick, went in to get labs drawn. They did not draw all of the labs ordered so now she will have to return. She also said that to get her veins to pop up more, the lady was tapping on her arm so hard that it actually hurt her arm. It is also impossible to get someone at the 1800 number for labcorp and the option on their website to rate the visit gets stuck so review will not go through.
