I made an appointment online and showed up early. There is no receptionist, just a tablet on a stand for self check-in. It took 15 minutes for the staff to realize I was there. They were very apologetic about it. Because of this, I recommend saying hello to the staff if they do not greet you first. They apparently hadn’t heard the door open when I entered and filled in my info. The tech met me at the door to block me from coming in. She very rudely stated that the last draw was at 3:15pm. It had always been 3:30pm- I got there at 3:27pm. (I’m physically handicapped and have to use a cane and explained that I would have made it there but I didn’t know they moved the office to a different building and that it had always been last draw at 3:30pm). Too small, otherwise fine
I went to this place with my 6yrs old kid NPO for a lot of blood tests.I arrived at 08:30 am. The tech was joking with the pt before my kis for about 20 min. When she finished she got the list and call the one that came at 08:45 .When I ask her why she was totally un Profesional and said the appointments are first and close the door on my face.
I had a growth scan Saturday and the tech put my sons femur was significantly behind in the 5th percentile, because of this I got a referral to a high risk MFM for another anatomy scan.. three days later and he is measuring 48 & 52nd percentile… the tech from Saturday had his weight wrong by 300 grams, level of amniotic fluid half of what it was on the MFM scan and had my placenta location wrong… given she wouldn’t stop talking about how busy they were and she was rushing..
