I had a very disappointing experience today at the AdventHealth Lab at Red Bug Lake in Oviedo. I saw my doctor yesterday, and she ordered lab work. I usually have my labs done at Orlando Health, but since my doctor is with AdventHealth, I decided to use their lab this time. I only came in today to drop off a stool sample. I usually am fine getting my bloodwork done, but this one time I was not. Kristy noticed right away before I even knew I was feeling bad. She immediately got me an ice pack and a water. She stood in front of me with a hand held fan. She showed the upmost care for me! Kristy you are amazing!
The lab lady who took my blood her name is Kristy she is amazing and very patient very professional second time I get her for my blood work and I’m super happy she understands and helps through the process I gave her 10 stars thank you gurl
Kristy was very professional and courteous. She presented as a personable, soft spoken, caring and concerned young lady. She is a positive asset to the office. My experience was painless. She located the perfect vein immediately. By doing so, my blood draw was flawless. Thank you.
