I went to this place with my 6yrs old kid NPO for a lot of blood tests.I arrived at 08:30 am. The tech was joking with the pt before my kis for about 20 min. When she finished she got the list and call the one that came at 08:45 .When I ask her why she was totally un Profesional and said the appointments are first and close the door on my face.
I had a growth scan Saturday and the tech put my sons femur was significantly behind in the 5th percentile, because of this I got a referral to a high risk MFM for another anatomy scan.. three days later and he is measuring 48 & 52nd percentile… the tech from Saturday had his weight wrong by 300 grams, level of amniotic fluid half of what it was on the MFM scan and had my placenta location wrong… given she wouldn’t stop talking about how busy they were and she was rushing.. Staff is good and professional. Building is small and claustrophobic. No windows and very small rooms and waiting room. I mean the size of a closet ! My wife could not even with me.
My daughter had to get blood drawn and when over felt lightheaded and sick. Her phlebotomist, Kristy, was amazing. She realized right away my daughter looked about to faint, kept her sitting and spent time making sure she was ok. She stayed with her the entire time and held ice packs on her and put her hair away from her face so it was more comfortable for the ice packs. She talked to my daughter in a calming voice and couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. Will always go to this location! Kristy is !!!
Such a great lab experience! Rebecca is so friendly and professional, making the blood drawing experience pleasant and painless. So easy, your in and out in a few minutes.
