I had a very disappointing experience today at the AdventHealth Lab at Red Bug Lake in Oviedo. I saw my doctor yesterday, and she ordered lab work. I usually have my labs done at Orlando Health, but since my doctor is with AdventHealth, I decided to use their lab this time. I only came in today to drop off a stool sample. There was one patient ahead of me, and I waited patiently until they were finished. When I asked where I should leave my sample, I was told that I needed to check in. I usually am fine getting my bloodwork done, but this one time I was not. Kristy noticed right away before I even knew I was feeling bad. She immediately got me an ice pack and a water. She stood in front of me with a hand held fan. She showed the upmost care for me! Kristy you are amazing!
