I see why there are so many good reviews, I wrote one yesterday saying how badly the customer service people work and they deleted it, I don't see it anymore, a classic of companies that don't accept mistakes
Unreliable & unprofessional!!! I got tested at one of their testing sites on 1/4/22 and I received the “results” on 1/10/22 but it was very difficult to understand if the results were a positive or a negative. I returned to the testing site and showed their “medical professional” on site my results and asked her if it was a positive or negative.
