I encountered an issue with my LAARS boiler that was identified as a manufacturer defect. Upon informing LAARS, they promptly sent a brand new boiler and covered the installation costs. Their service has been impeccable, and they truly stand behind their product. I am so impressed with their support when it came to my personal home and now I plan to upgrade my rental properties to LAARS as well.
We had a Laars heating system installed about five years ago and it has never worked. Our previous boiler was between 20-30 years old and we never had any issues for a long time. Within six months of installation this boiler would show errors, shut off constantly, including in the middle of the night and when on vacation so we would wake up in a freezing house or worry about coming home to frozen pipes.
