I order a new LAARS boiler from someone other than LAARS in Sept. I also ask ordered the change over kit to change the boiler from natural gas to propane. I was promised the kit by Dec 24, that date came and went and I was told that it would be available by March 24. In the mean time my old boiler stopped working. I encountered an issue with my LAARS boiler that was identified as a manufacturer defect. Upon informing LAARS, they promptly sent a brand new boiler and covered the installation costs. Their service has been impeccable, and they truly stand behind their product. I am so impressed with their support when it came to my personal home and now I plan to upgrade my rental properties to LAARS as well.
