Went for a tour and would say this apartment has excellent decorations and a stunning look inside the apartment with affordable prices compared to others in the Hollywood area. The amenities are limited, but they have basic ones such as rooftop & views, the gym, free parking for residents, open space for BBQ, etc., They have 3 floors in total. I'd consider moving in if they still have the top floor open. I found other ones, so decided not to move forward. They're also located close to a Thai town with plenty of good foods op... read more

I would like to personally express my appreciation and gratitude to Avery. She was such a wonderful host with a beautiful personality! She made the apartment hunting experience with my girlfriend a true highlight. Thank you Avery.
I am at a loss for words honestly. First and foremost I want to give huge props to Avery!! She really went above and beyond and made my girlfriend and I feel apart of the community. For a coffee, tea and vegan loving couple we very closely almost became tenants at this lovely location. Thanks to Avery this will always be our happy regret. No sadness. So if you are looking for a home I believe you found it!!
