Jess, Kristy and Caroline were very helpful and patient with us. Thank you!
Very professional and informative sales staff that showed us exactly what we wanted. Delivery was quick and courteous.
Very nice & knowledgeable salesperson, I appreciated her help very much. The store was very neat & clean, as was the restroom. Really nice environment to make a somewhat significant purchase. I’ve not yet received my new recliner but I’m anxiously awaiting!!
I was looking on the website at a particular power lift recliner for my husband. I phoned the store and spoke with Elaine DelVecchio. She was so kind and helpful with all my questions. I told her that I would be there shortly. We met and she took me to where the recliner was. She patiently reviewed each function with me as I sat in the chair. I made the purchase and got an additional 35% off! I would highly recommend La-Z-Boy.
They force u to pay hundreds if dollars to have it delivered even when u would rather pick it up directly. Not good. Store was nice , salesperson awesome.
