he staff is friendly as you would expect in this type of business. Quality appears to be fine. However, be very careful when using the design staff. Their only job is to sell furniture not necessarily to provide a workable design. I just received $6K+ of furniture that is unworkable in the room. The designer job is supposed to be to assist with getting the scale of the room correct along with getting the necessary functions in the room requested.
