Extremely Disappointed – Bought for Post-Surgery Recovery, But Remote Issues and Terrible Service Made It Useless When I Needed It Most I purchased this La-Z-Boy recliner specifically because I was told it would help with recovery after my upcoming lobectomy. Carrie was super helpful and fun to chat with during the buying process for my new furniture. She helped me through my indecision while also giving me the space to think and try things out on my own. Really couldn’t have had a better buying experience working with her. I also appreciated Rachel, the in-house interior designer, who gave me her professional opinion on some choices that helped me find the right color for my space. Her recommendation also helped me save a couple thousand dollars.
