Ana was great. We went to buy a couple of recliners. Friendly, no pressure. Relaxed and informed. Helped us choose 2. Delivery was promised by 8 weeks, we got them in 4! Delivery drivers were very polite, able to navigate through a narrow hallway, and get the chairs exactly where we wanted them. All around great experience.
Ana was inrcredibly pleasent and helpful, an absolute pleasure to deal with. Plenty of options to choose from with what felt to be high quality manufacturing. Looking forward to our new recliner.

Patrick was amazing! Showed us the chairs we were interested in, explained what we needed to know around different prices for manual, electric & various fabrics & then left us alone to try out the various models. The selection in-store was extensive, so we spent some time narrowing down our choices & again Patrick gave us all the information we needed to compare our 3 favourites. We loved his no pressure approach, his sense of humour & helpfulness!
