Today was my first visit to La Z Boy. A friend recently purchased a sofa and chair from La Z Boy and was pleased with his purchase so I decided to check it out. I was greeted by Ana and told her I was looking for a recliner. She showed my various models and was able to answer all my questions. I found a chair that I was happy with and purchased it on the spot. Ana made the whole experience very pleasurable. It was truly a pleasure dealing with her. I recommend checking out La Z Boy if you are looking for a sofa or recliner.

Great purchasing experience. We had been looking for a few years for the right chair for our living room. Ana walked us through various models that would fit our needs. Having seen many options over the years from other retailers, nothing compares to the quality that we saw at La-z-Boy. Ana's attention to our needs and knowledge on the various models helped us in our decision of purchasing a recliner at a great price at this years anniversary sale event.
