Ana was inrcredibly pleasent and helpful, an absolute pleasure to deal with. Plenty of options to choose from with what felt to be high quality manufacturing. Looking forward to our new recliner.

Patrick was amazing! Showed us the chairs we were interested in, explained what we needed to know around different prices for manual, electric & various fabrics & then left us alone to try out the various models. The selection in-store was extensive, so we spent some time narrowing down our choices & again Patrick gave us all the information we needed to compare our 3 favourites. We loved his no pressure approach, his sense of humour & helpfulness!
The salesperson is polite and friendly in person, but the after-sales service is completely lacking. I called several times, yet couldn’t get through to the salesperson, and the clerk refused to provide any ETA on the delivery date.
We were fortunate that we were introduced to Frank at your Scarborough Town location when we were searching for our 5th piece from Lazyboy Furniture. Frank was patient( thankfully), enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and also flexible, assisting us in finding the perfect piece for our family. We saw many sofas we liked, we required one that accommodates tall people for the comfort of my family.
