We met our sales Rep Kevin at the Laz-boy store at The Scarborough Town Centre outlet. Kevin was great. He truly knew the products. We went inextended warranty and some other stuff. Anyways...deal with Kevin... you will be happy. This young gentleman is good. Thanks Kevin. Ron and Robert Young
We bought a recliner and it broke within 18 months. Dealing with this company and their outsourced warranty repair company (they only have a 1 year warranty unless you buy the extended warranty -which we did) is a nightmare. I regret my purchase, should have bought a Canadian made product. I will never buy a lazy boy product again, their are much better products and companies whose products are made in Canada.
