I want to thank Lotis at the farmers branch location, he made everything so smoothly for us. He is very knowledged, and have everything planned out smoothly, even after the piece was delivered, there was a tiny spot on the white leather sofa, he ordered replacement right way. He took care of things very professionally! Thank you so much Lotis!

Purchased a leather couch from this store and bought the Pet Protection Plan, which the salesperson highlighted the section that included pet bodily fluids. She states should anything happen to the couch if it cannot be repaired than it will be replaced. Fast forward to almost a year later and my cat coughs up a hairball on the sofa, I call it in for service. Two (2) technicians state the cushion cover needs to be replaced because the hairball removed dye from the leather. I find out the claim is denied because the damage is... read more

My husband and I went to La-Z-Boy furniture store to look at leather sofas. It was a lovely experience we were warmly greeted and approached by Damont Sales Consultant very pleasant, kind, friendly and helpful. He listen to both of our opinions on design and quality. He patiently took us on a tour of the style we were looking for, and spent most of his time showing us a variety of options. We were very impressed and happy with his professionalism and quality of customer service.
