Excellent customer service and quality furniture! We found the perfect recliner and it was on sale!
I was happy with my furniture til my recliner quit reclining. I think a bolt slipped. I called the store i bought it from, the salesman who answered was the one who sold it to me. Its been less than 4 years and I'm being told i have to pay for a trip charge or take it to them. I said that surprises me. He proceeded to tell me he explained that at time of purchase.
