Alex Malamud is the main reason we purchased our Lazy Boy couches! He was patient and kind, and very thorough. That being said, the other employees were very rude and disrespectful to Alex, right in front of me. Had he not given us the amazing customer service, I would’ve walked out. He deserves better than how he was treated by coworkers in front of guests. The furniture is great quality, but be careful which employee you work with. I recommend Alex alone.
