Knowledgeable staff, good selection, and they offer great sales now and then.
We had a most wonderful experience with this Lazyboy location!! The assistant manager Reva has been an angel dealing with my elderly parents. She was so empathetic and so kind in understanding the situation with my parent relative to a situation in a long term facility. I can’t emphasize how helpful Reva has been! I highly recommend Lazyboy in Cool Springs and Reva!! She is exceptional!!
Products were delivered intact but the delivery crew left trash in my driveway and destroyed one of my landscape lights by driving over it as they left my property. I’ve never had any other delivery crew make such a mess.
Friendly, polite and well versed and worked rapidly great delivery guys and a great product I'm happy
