Excellent store to purchase furniture! They stand behind their product and the manager will go above and beyond to address any issues. The delivery staff TODAY were professional, product knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of my home.
I am so disappointed in Lazyboy. We bought a sectional in 2022 for over $5000. In 2 1/2 years this is what one of the recliners looks like. My husband sits there. He is an average size man who works full time, so the seat has normal use. The leather is totally discolored. I paid for extra fabric protection. I called Lazyboy, who told me to call the warranty place. They denied my claim saying this is NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR and is not covered.
