Thought I was getting a great couch but 4 months later the springs went sideways and the material on the couch looks like it is 100 years old. They came out and said the springs were fine under their standards and I should buy a sweater shaver! Please!!! this is unacceptable and they promised they had a great warranty...good for a year. BEWARE DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY AT LA-Z-BOY!!!
