Promises, Promises When I bought my sofa, they told me about the lifetime supply of cleaning product, too. I didn't receive any though. When I went in to find out why, I was told that that promotion ended 2 1/2 years ago!
a great chair horrible service I bought my recliner here and loved it. The delivery people showed up almost two hours later than expected and I was a bit upset about that then they took the plastic off the chair and there were tiny bits of wood on all over the chair similar to splinters. I ended up getting most of it off using a lint roller which was a huge convince. I was very upset about this but the chair is very comfortable now that it is clean.
