I was denied service in the exact moment i told him that I replaced something in the car myself he also yelled at for that.
Stopped going there about three years ago after he ruined my work truck and didn't tell me.. three next mechanic had to tell me....i own 6 vehicles... So when i tried to pick up my work truck and then drop off my van.. he told me no!!!. Then i found out why... Long story short.. i made him replace my parts ( which was a pain in itself)...and took my business elsewhere...
