Terrible customer service, and completely unreliable. As a new business owner, I needed a CPA that would walk me through the steps to prepare my taxes. Dennis provided no support whatsoever, I had to ask all the questions, and hardly ever got an answer. If he did respond, it would be after a week, several insistent emails from me, and he would give me a one-line answer. I couldn't keep working with him.
