I have lived at La Villa Estates since late November 2019. I have had an obnoxiously loud family living above me and have made several complaints to the management as I am required to do so per the lease agreement. Nancy has been great to deal with, however the Manager has promised to take care of the situation at hand and has done absolutely nothing up to this point (over 4 months). I moved from my apartment and didnt do a walk through because they claimed Jamie was the only one that could do it. I cleaned my apartment spotless and I was charged half of my security deposit for cleaning. Oh wow!
I've lived here for about a month now. Very quiet, very clean. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Love the up to date gym
