Victoria is amazing but the manager/owner lady is the rudest and is so unprofessional. I just called to schedule an appointment and was unable to get the time I needed (which is fine) but then she hung up on me! No thank you, no bye just hung up! Really! If I didn’t like Victoria so much I would find another nail place. And this is not the only rude encounter I have had with the manager!

Chic location. Very attentive staff. Manicurist Anne did an excellent job. Pedicurist staff very talented! Will definitely come back again. Worth the trip from Washington!

First time visit was good.But the last two times have been awful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My pedicure was awful. My toes hurt after it,I have polish around my toe nails on the skin. The nail tech doing my rebase became upset when the shellac didn't match the purple polish I had on my toes which I specifically said I wanted to matchand would only do a shellac if they had the same color,she said the brown under tone on my nails was the same as the purple on my toes.
Very unprofessional and didn't do a very good job. They broke 1 of my nails and blew it off like it was my fault
