I go here because it's convenient and they do a decent job. One time I left, because after 30 minutes no one had started drying my car. Figured it had already dripped dry and was water spotted. Manager apologized and said come back for free wash Another time instead of pulling car into open lane for drying, they blocked me in. I always have to come home and clean something they missed. Over it
Was in Cali from outta town, and was beyond impressed. Id give this place more stars if I was able too. Beyond satisfied. I'm not sure of car washes in Chicago just suck but they should really all be like this place.
Very disappointed I bought two car washes today one of my cars the floor mats weren't vacuumed and the car has water spots. My other car the center console and cup holders are still dirty and the inside wasn't wiped down completely. Over priced and not worth it. I recommend many other car washes over this one.
Favorite spot, courteous and kind. No place else I would take my Yukon.
So So. A little slow at times.. But I still like them over San Dimas.
