We’re told they couldn’t get our car clean and it wasn’t very dirty. Vacuuming was slipshod and the outside still needs work! Not going back there. The manager didn’t care if we were satisfied or not and was a total jerk!
Great place
Avoid this place at all costs. They have terrible customer service. They broke the windshield of my brand new car and did not take responsibility for it. They claimed it was already damaged before I got there. I take very good care of my car and I’m aware of any bump or scrape or scratch. I know the windshield wasn’t damaged going into the car wash but it was cracked coming out.
My 1st time. Maybe next time planning to go back so i can use my plenti card.
The people were great. Service was good. I found that they didn't pick floor mats and vacume under them or around them betty well. The car was shiny but they missed a lot of residue from neighbors grass splatter and dirt astound license plates. I will go back.
The only thing is that they really did not clean my dashboard right. Still had dust in my AC vents. I came home and clean it my self. Also, they did not wipe the my car right either. I was still see dry stains when I pull up at there location to get my car was. The staff inside Mary and the girls are great! World class service all the way. However the guys who wash the cars REALLY NEED TO DO A BETTER JOB. Cause I paid for the one that was $21.95. I will go back but, car team needs to work on some thing.
Awful job. Left a Dirty, dusty dashboard. Foot prints on the seats. And the back looked like the vacuum never made it there. My fault for giving them a 2nd chance. Island carwash was closed today.
There car wash is Like a Mexican Food Restaurant some times you get a good Meal and sometimes you Don't For what they Charge they Do Shity job
I took my car in to get it washed, had to take it back because the hood was still dirty, had bugs everywhere, tried to talk to the worker he proceeded to tell me that it was rock damage LMAO I maybe a woman but I'm not stupid. It was bugs and could have been washed off. However then the manager came over and proceeded to be a jerk and when I was leaving only then said oh we could rewash it that was offered after he was a disrespectful jerk. I will never return.
