Like living on edge with all the cameras on you and very rude staff and I had a old felony that's 20 years so when they had a opening they offered it to me but I wouldn't pass background from 20 years old and o felt that I was a outcast and discrimination of elderly and disable!!!
I love living here..its so quiet..and everyone is friendly..I enjoy looking out the window and seeing GODs beautiful work...
I was there for my year lease enjoyed the apartments very well . No problems with neighbors enjoyed the stay . Once my lease was up I signed a new one years lease with them again but in a month of my new lease I was forced to moved out because of my income ... They said I made to much money and found out they was more residents that they had done the same too ..They told me I had a month to move out ..I was upset and not happy with them . The apartments look very nice. Living in them is a little different. The biggest problem I have is how cheaply made they seem to be. The floors peel, my laundry room closet falls off every week, hitting and damaging the wall and almost my kid once. The ice makers don't make ice, and there's always a leak. When u put in a maintenance request the manager jots it down on a sticky note and then you don't see the maintenance man for 2 to 3 weeks. I moved in La Ventana Apartments in March and here it's May and I still love living here. I love the area and it's so close to the lake which is a plus...
Great place to live. Good management. Good families.
