The whole time I had policies with then they kept switching them up. I don't think I had the same policy for more than a couple months once I added my teenage driver. I've tried for 2 weeks now to cancel my insurance policies because I traded the cars in. Still today it's not cancelled. It's been a nightmare. Good luck I'd you try them.

I first called Derrick on February 15th to obtain a quote on homeowners insurance. He told me he would call me back the same day. Not only did he not follow up, but I've left him three messages since that day with no return call whatsoever. I've wasted a week and a half trying to simply get an insurance quote from them.
