The worst apartment I have ever lived in – La Valencia is a horrible place to live. On numerous accounts police officers are either looking for someone in the apartment or answering some disturbance. There is no real parking available other than the one spot reserved for each apartment (even 2 bedroom, 2 bath). There have been multiple autos broken into or vandalized since I have been here. The apartments have been remodeled, but very poorely. Anyone looking at moving in should definately give it a second thought.
