I paid $200 to have my document translated in "24 hours". Took them 2 weeks to finally send the translation to me and then they stopped responding to any of my follow up emails.
Called to get a quote on translation of 3 birth certificates and was quoted $360 (way overpriced). Looked into other places and was quoted $90 so I called and spoke to Jay, I asked how come price was so much more and he could not explain, but said he could do it for the $90 and to send doccuments. No knowledge of the law. Very unprofessional. Don't do business with these people.
If you are a translator thinking about accepting jobs from this company, DON'T!!! they don't pay and simply ignore you. PS. To your reply, I have emails with purchase order from Jenny. You've had my invoice since April. Don't lie. I will post photos of your emails if you don't pay immediately. I sent three follow up emails this morning.
