Avoid this translator. Junhui Park (a.k.a. Jenny Park) provided a deeply flawed, low-quality translation with 20+ errors on a single page, ignoring provided reference materials. She displayed a lack of basic knowledge in romanization and address standards, and was highly inconsistent with spelling. Communication was unprofessional, taking 4 days to send the work, followed by ignoring subsequent requests.

저처럼 인생이 걸린 중요한 영주권 인터뷰에서 큰 상처를 받고 스트레스를 받는 분이 더 이상 없길 바라는 마음으로 솔직한 후기를 남깁니다. 결론부터 말씀드리면, 해당 사무실의 (John) 에이전트'님은 매우 친절하고 좋았으나, 함께 일하는 '나이가 지긋하신 여성 통역사'분은 반드시 피하시길 강력히 권고드립니다. 저는 6시간 분량의 비용을 미리 전액 지불했음에도 불구하고, 해당 통역사의 태도는 시작부터 끝까지 매우 비전문적이었습니다. 시간 계산에만 급급한 태도 예약 시간보다 일찍 도착하여 그때부터 시간을 카운트해도 좋다고 정중히 말씀드렸습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 통역사는 본인이 일찍 왔다는 사실에 대해 여러 번 불평을 늘어놓았습니다. 이미 비용을 지불받았으니 빨리 시간만 때우고 가고 싶어 한다는 인상을 강하게 받아 인터뷰 전부터 마음이 무거웠습니다. 인터뷰 끝나서 심사관에게 지원자에 대한 부정적 발언 (가장 충격적인 부분) 인터뷰의 특성상 긴장할 수밖에 없는 상황이었고, 정확한 답변을 위해 질문을 두 번 정도 다시 확인한 적이 있습니다. ... read more

I paid $200 to have my document translated in "24 hours". Took them 2 weeks to finally send the translation to me and then they stopped responding to any of my follow up emails.

Called to get a quote on translation of 3 birth certificates and was quoted $360 (way overpriced). Looked into other places and was quoted $90 so I called and spoke to Jay, I asked how come price was so much more and he could not explain, but said he could do it for the $90 and to send doccuments. Sent documents and did not get a call back so I called and asked to speak to Jay, but Jenny confirmed she received email, and cost was $360 I told her Jay gave me a different quote, she was not pleased I was quote less than $360 an... read more
