one of the terrible messed up company with zero customer service, they did a wrong translation of my important paperwork and then disconnect the call after I ask the correction. never use these guys
Needed help translating 1970 Korean birth certificate papers into English. Dropped in to the 2nd floor office and the documents were translated while we took lunch. Very nice and very grateful. Advice: ask for a cost estimate before deciding. Our paid fee was very reasonable.
If there were 0 stars, I would have use that. I am extremely disappointed with the service we received from L.A. Translation and Interpretation Inc. From start to finish, their customer service was atrocious. They consistently provided incorrect time estimates for completing our translations, leading to significant delays and disruptions in our workflow. John and Jenny were very professional. I needed Japanese document translated and notarized asap and they worked efficiently and professionally to help expedite my request. I don’t understand why they have some bad reviews. It is quite the opposite they did a great job will work with them again if needed.
