I wanted to follow up on my previous correspondence regarding the recent move-out process at La Terraza. I had two couches—a two-seater and a three-seater—taken down at different times, with movers scheduled from 10:30 AM to 5 PM for multiple loads. I find it concerning that while you were aware of my moving activities for four hours, your email stated that staff were unaware of my move or the furniture's ownership. My daughter previously left a review on behalf our very short tenancy with the property of less than two months. I do not typically review because I like to give the other party the chance to rectify any challenges that may be present at the time of dissatisfaction. In this matter, I have no choice. At first the property seemed to resolve the issue amicably until I asked to be credited my rent for the month of September.
