La Terraza is the real deal out here in Laredo. From day one, the entire setup has been smooth. The units are spacious, the layout is clean, and having a solid spot to kick back without any unnecessary drama makes all the difference. Frustrating to deal with this every-time having to comeback home after work. Residents taking double parking spot to save it for their other vehicle.
The owner/manger barely fix anything when needing maintenance. Sometimes they have it fix in a week, if not take up to 1-2 years. In addition, there certain things that needs to be remodel instead they just add tape and paint over it as brand new knowing the damages are still there and happening overtime. Secondly, one of the amenities such as the pool is barely open. Most of the time it’s close for over 1 year. And the gym only 1 or 2 equipment works in which they don’t fix or get rid of. My family and I have been living here at La Terraza for a year now and it has been a great experience so far! I love that the staff, especially Stephanie, is very kind & helpful when it comes to questions, concerns & when my unit needs maintenance! Very efficient & has a sense of urgency. Stephanie also helped with my application when we first moved in and everything went smoothly all thanks to her! My husband, my kids & I couldn’t be happier with our home!
My daughter submitted everything she needed over a year ago. She had called them over and over and no one answered nor did the manager call her. She told my daughter that there was a 6 months waiting list and now over a year. Doesn't the owner review the paperwork to make sure everyone is being treated fairly not just the staff putting in there friend's and family..
