The owner/manger barely fix anything when needing maintenance. Sometimes they have it fix in a week, if not take up to 1-2 years. In addition, there certain things that needs to be remodel instead they just add tape and paint over it as brand new knowing the damages are still there and happening overtime. Secondly, one of the amenities such as the pool is barely open. Most of the time it’s close for over 1 year. And the gym only 1 or 2 equipment works in which they don’t fix or get rid of. My family and I have been living here at La Terraza for a year now and it has been a great experience so far! I love that the staff, especially Stephanie, is very kind & helpful when it comes to questions, concerns & when my unit needs maintenance! Very efficient & has a sense of urgency. Stephanie also helped with my application when we first moved in and everything went smoothly all thanks to her! My husband, my kids & I couldn’t be happier with our home!
My daughter submitted everything she needed over a year ago. She had called them over and over and no one answered nor did the manager call her. She told my daughter that there was a 6 months waiting list and now over a year. Doesn't the owner review the paperwork to make sure everyone is being treated fairly not just the staff putting in there friend's and family..
I’ve had such a wonderful experience living at these apartments, and a big part of that is thanks to the amazing management team Edith, Stephanie, and Monze. They are always kind, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents and our families. What really sets this community apart is the way they go above and beyond for the kids.
