Incredibly Rude Customer Service – Hoping to set up a tea with some girlfriends, I just called La-Tea-Da's to get the hours of operation. A very curt woman quickly informed me that if I wanted to know the hours of operation, there were "signs on the building" and then she promptly hung up on me.
