Peter came out and gave a very reasonable estimate and the "before" photos. We approved the estimate -- we didn't want to wait for the State program. I met Peter for EBB work. He explained to me how to complete the retrofit without much cost to the extent that the program supports. So, the work started at the end of July after the program was approved, and the work was completed within a week. I am very satisfied with detailed explanations, quick answers, and quality of work. Thank you!
