Excellent little surprise !! If you are looking for authentic Italian food this is it!! Highly recommended!
Great little place. Service was good, at first it was a little rocky because the young man was new. Then the experienced waitress came. We order 2 apps garlic cheese bread which was very good, and then the calamari which was good just needed to be fried for a little longer maybe about 30sec. I got steak marsala, was away over done and the sauce was way to thick for my liking I returned it. They were willing to give me something else but pretty much had to go to end of line. We both had the chicken piccata. It was tough chicken in a butter sauce with capers. It wasn't worth the money.
The food is excellent, the service is excellent too, but I will return for the atmosphere and Italian decor. The walls are covered with framed photographs, art work, and items that say that this place is owned by an Italian who loves his heritage. Sinatra and Tony Soprano share a space with Tom Seaver and a thick, leather fireman's hat. Huge menu and you get plenty to eat. Really wish I lived in the neighborhood and could be a nightly regular like Dino Paul Crocetti would have been IF he had lived in St Aug Beach !!
