I'm honestly not sure where the 5* reviews are coming from because I was underwhelmed by everything. Working in the area from out of town and stopped in for a pedicure. Place is tired looking. Massage chairs have seen better days; mine barely worked (and considering all but 1 other chair was empty, I imagine I was put in one of their better ones). If someone told me it was my tech's first day I wouldn't be surprised because it seemed like she had never used a pair of nail clippers or other nail tool before in her life. I nea... read more
We had an amazing girls day today at La Serene! Thank you for a wonderful pedi and mani! We will definitely be back!
Staff were nice, but felt incredibly rushed for my service. Also concerned about lack of disinfection and sanitation for equipment and tools, as used clippers and files were used on me.
The only issue I have is they switch the people around. You will have one person working on you and then someone there doesn't want to do another job, so they take the original person away and give someone else to you. RIDICULOUS! I expect ONE person not multiple! How does this work for tipping... IT DOES NOT!
My daughter went there to get her nails re-done for prom she sat for 2 hours before they even touched her and then rushed threw told her she couldn't get the design she wanted and the finished product is rough clumps underneath the nails and the design she did get is not even finished by being top coated. Would not be back.
